How to cut PE stretch film:

1. Man-made manual cutting, there is also a sawing machine cutting. Our main tool for hand sawing is a hand hacksaw to cut our pe stretch film.

 

2. The tool is stretch film cutting, which is cut on a sawing machine, because it is equipped with a high-speed steel saw blade on the sawing machine. Some wire-cutting places often use some portable electric saws, which can cut various metal films or plastic films, but the thickness or diameter of each machine is limited.

 

3. The pressure of the PE stretch film itself, including the pressure of the molded product and the pressure of the membrane channel system, and then the pressure test of the film product is to check the pressure resistance and tightness of the PE stretch film itself, which is a routine inspection method.

 

4. Insist on checking our PE stretch film and other film products with different connection methods. After the system is formed, different pressure and tightness tests will be carried out at different interfaces to check the quality of the film products.
