1. According to the unit volume or the maximum allowable number of microorganisms per unit surface area, the method is mainly suitable for the mildew proof packaging which is very sensitive to microorganisms, and the key is to determine the type of microorganisms and the law of reproductive growth.
2. According to the maximum allowable water absorption of the packaged product or the maximum allowable dewatering amount of the product, the method is mainly adapted to the moisture-proof packaging design of the product, and the key is to calculate the moisture permeability coefficient of the stretched film.
3. According to the maximum allowable oxygen absorption of the packaged product, the method is mainly suitable for the product barrier packaging which is very sensitive to oxygen. The key is to calculate the oxygen permeability coefficient of the stretched film.
4. According to the maximum permeation carbon dioxide or oxygen permeability allowed by the stretched film, the method is mainly for the inflatable insurance package of the product. The product with declared activity needs oxygen insurance or maintains bright color and needs high concentration of carbon dioxide. The key to inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms is to calculate the oxygen permeability coefficient and the carbon dioxide permeability coefficient of the stretched film.
5. If the machine is used, the film width is 500mm, the manual film width is 300mm, 350mm, 450mm, 500mm, and the thickness is 15um-50um. Various specifications can be cut online. However, our commonly used stretch film width is generally 50 cm, and the thickness is about 2.0-2.5 um.
