Generally speaking, there are two types of stretch films on the market, machine stretch films and hand stretch films.

1. Machine-use stretch film is to put the objects to be wrapped in the middle of the turntable. Through the pneumatic turntable motor, the turntable is driven to rotate, and the stretched film is naturally and evenly wrapped on the surface of the object.

 

At the same time, the lifting motor will be activated to drive the winding film frame to move up and down, so as to realize the wrapping film in the height direction of the object, thereby realizing the wrapping of the entire surface of the object, which is more suitable for users of large packaging.

 

2. Hand-used stretch film is to pack the scattered products firmly together to improve the processing efficiency and avoid dispersion and loss.

This kind of packaging is a simple stretch film packaging, the film is installed on a shelf or held in hand, and a tray Rotate or rotate the film around the tray. The packaging speed is slow, and the suitable film thickness is 15-20μm.

 

The requirements of the machine stretch film and hand stretch film are different, and the usage is also different. In the production process of mechanical stretch films, polypropylene and metal are mixed, so machine stretch films are usually more expensive than hand stretch films.
