Stretch film has good self-adhesion, high tensile strength, and tear strength, preventing the product from falling and collapsing during transportation. After using the stretch film for some time, the phenomenon of wrinkles will appear, which significantly influences the application effect. Still, sometimes the PE stretch film will often appear to wrinkle during the use process, which will severely impact the packaging effect. Why would such a phenomenon happen:


1. The thickness of the stretch film substrate is not uniform, and the thickness difference is too significant.
2. The position of the stretched film substrate is skewed, causing the composite film to appear wrinkled, and with the accumulation of skewness, the degree of wrinkling will increase accordingly.
3. The tension setting and control of the stretch film are inappropriate, and the tension of each part is uncoordinated and mismatched.
4. The composite pressure of the stretch film is not set correctly.
5. The axis between the silicone rubber pressing roller and the cooling steel roller is not parallel.
6. The surface of the guide roller is not clean, there are foreign objects stuck, or the surface of the guide roller is uneven, with pits, scratches, bumps, and other phenomena.
The stretch film is usually used and should be balanced and smooth. If it is wrinkled, it will also hinder its stickiness. The packaging of the goods is not only unsightly but also not tight, and it will not protect the goods. Must take corresponding measures to produce PE stretch film reasonably and correctly.
